We are so confident that you will be 100% satisfied with our CBD products that we are offering a 30-Day guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your online order to return any product that does not meet your expectations.
Terms
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may initiate a return. One return form must be completed for each product. Refunds will only be given if return is initiated within 30 days of purchase.
If you purchased our product through a P•H•A•R•M CBD retailer or distributor, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.
You may return any product for a full refund (i.e., full amount of transaction) for any reason. Return shipping costs will be covered by pharm CBD for defective product or packaging. Products are to be returned to:

To initiate a return for you order, visit the Product Returns page and fill in the form. Please indicate your order information, which product(s) are being returned and the reason you are not satisfied with it. Upon completing the return form, please allow 2 weeks for processing.
